Information and structures supporting the Jury

It is vital that the work of the Jury is transparent and that the Jury has access to balanced advice and information that meets its needs.

To assist the Jury in its deliberations and to aid improved understanding and openness of the Jury, we established a Stakeholder Reference Group. This group has been tasked with

1. Identifying speakers (early witnesses who present to the Jury on the first weekend)

The SRG will be responsible for determining a list of speakers that will present information to the jury to begin their deliberations.

2. Identifying witnesses – The SRG will be responsible for ensuring a list of witnesses who represent a diverse range of perspectives are identified for the jury to call upon. Potential Witness List for the Jury to use
3. Providing feedback on democracyCo’s framework / methodology for witness presentations
4. Building understanding and awareness of the Jury process in the wider community
