Singaporean Government, Citizens’ Jury Training
democracyCo have been supporting the Singaporean Government in enhancing its skills in deliberative democratic practice since 2016.
Our work has included:
- Delivering training in citizens’ juries
- Supporting Ministries as they trial their own citizens juries, through coaching, advice and trouble-shooting live throughout processes
- Undertaking detailed planning and development with specific teams – to support them to plan their engagement processes well
- Designing and delivering our Raising the Citizens’ Voice – designed to suit the Singporean culture and society
Our work to date has led to Singapore’s first Citizens Jury being run – The War on Diabetes.
